I decided to make the Mirage all wheel drive because of serious wheelspin issues.  (Spinning halfway down the track to 90mph with slicks and a full built, short geared Quaife equipped transmission).  This was done on pump gas at 24psi. Who knows how much it would have spun at 35psi.

I have very little wheelspin now AWD, which is better than I expected. The race transmission was converted back to All-Wheel-Drive by welding an output shaft in the center diff and adding the transfer case output shaft. The transmission still has the Quaife front diff, equally spinning the front tires, the center diff is welded and solid, locking the car in 4WD mode, split 50/50 between front and rear.  The car also is equipped with the stock rear viscous LSD.  This thing could be a rally car now!
